Everything You'll Have Covered

The human body is an efficient, vital working structure that consists of ten different body systems that contribute to the overall health and well being of the entire body. Each of these systems plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the human body.

The different body systems consist of two or more different organs that work together to provide a common function. The ten different systems include the skeletal system, muscular system, digestive system, circulatory system, respiratory system, integumentary (skin) system, nervous system, excretory (waste) system, reproductive system, and the endocrine system.

It is through these ten specialized systems all working together that the body maintains every aspect of life from sleeping to breathing to showering. If any one of these systems fails, the entire body often is affected. Therefore, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and taking care of one's body is imperative for sustaining human life.
