What are congruent triangles?

~ Triangles with congruent corresponding sides and angles are congruent triangles.

The Animation includes three tests for triangle congruency. What are the statements of these tests?

~ 1.    In any two triangles, if the consecutive sides are the same length and the measurements of the angles between them are the same, then the triangles are congruent. This is called side-angle-side congruency.

2.    In any two triangles, if the measurements of two corresponding angles and the lengths of the common sides are equal, then the triangles are congruent. This called angle-side-angle congruency.

3.    In any two triangles, if the lengths of the three corresponding sides are equal, then the triangles are congruent. This is called side-side-side congruency.
